Also........if you live by the railroad tracks, or right by a busy street, it will be too noisy for me.

I looking to rent (2) (I have furniture I'd like to keep) in a single family home. Looking to live with ONLY one other. I'm looking for someone that has a regular day job and doesn't stay up all night. The most important thing to me is quiet. Quiet home, no street noise, and quiet serene housemate.

I'm a super nice, considerate woman, have class, very respectful of someone else's home. I like to bike, hike, read and garden as well as explore Portland in my time off.
